Pro-Clean’s Franchise System gives you a viable window of opportunity to enter one of the most dynamic growth industries in today’s marketplace – the commercial cleaning business. Our Income Programs allow you to purchase a commercial cleaning business without the need for a significant up-front investment. Our system also allows you to expand your business over time, based upon your own requirements.

Select an Income Program
Pro-Clean offers several Income Programs, allowing you to select the level of annual income that will meet your financial needs. Our programs start with a minimum annual income plan of $5,000, increasing to $100, 000 and more. We also offer a financing program that deducts your payments from your cleaning cash flow.

Comprehensive Training
Once you become a Franchisee, you will be enrolled in our comprehensive training program. Our program introduces you to what you need to know about establishing and running your own business. The program also gives you a detailed summary of all of Pro-Clean’s policies and procedures. Most important, it provides you with an extensive introduction on how to become a highly qualified commercial cleaner.

Guaranteed Client Accounts
At Pro-Clean we guarantee to deliver cleaning accounts as part of the Income Program you select. If we do not deliver the accounts, we guarantee a full or pro-rated return on your investment.

Cleaning Kit
A full cleaning kit with all the materials you need to clean your clients’ facilities is available as part of our income programs. If you purchase your Income Program in full, without financing, we provide the cleaning kit at no charge.

Full Commercial Insurance
Pro-Clean will procure and provide proper amounts of commercial business insurance to your cleaning accounts. This insurance includes $2,000,000 of Liability coverage, a $50,000 Janitorial Bond, Statutory Workers Compensation coverage, and associated coverage.

Managed Billings and Collections
We bill and collect all amounts due for your accounts, deduct our fees and insurance amounts, and forward to you one comprehensive statement with your net cleaning check.
